It's been a year since the last IMS and next weekend it will be in SanMateo again

Anyone heading over to the show?

Due to tradition/stupidity I am willing to drop some $$$$$$$$ to see what is there. OK I just want to take my oldest out on a longer ride in the URAL and the IMS serves that goal.

Well i do enjoy seeing the umbrella girls new models and product displays.

Will be there Saturday..

I'd like to go; it could be fun to walk around with Kira in the Ergo. Lol I'll try to go Saturday morning since we have Bulls tickets Saturday night.

I went the last two years and raced supermoto as part of the show. No racing this year and no new bikes I'm interested in so I'm skipping this one.

OK, I'm in for sure now so that I can sit on the new Honda 500s.   Inlove Inlove Inlove I'm hoping (for the wallet's sake) that the extra 1.5" of height and 60 lbs of weight over my Ninjette will be enough to keep me from wanting one.

No worries Blue, we can shave down the seat and loose the heavy stock exhaust (to shave a few pounds)

Would you like it in Blue or Red Bigsmile

OK enough of the laughs, I will be there on Saturday or Sunday (what ever day looks like less rain) Frank is looking forward to a day with dad on the "Sidecar bike"  Wink

Was raining this morning, My eldest son & I took the truck instead of the Ural Sad But stopped for coffee on the way.

Show felt smaller than ever.  My son had fun although no Ural display at the show Thumbsdown.

Ran into some STN friends (tall man short woman and one in a stroller)

Was it worth the price of tickets & parking, well... Knowing my son had fun YA. Had I gone by myself No.

Now WHO could that be?   Lol

It was great to see you and Frank. I was bummed, too, that there was no Ural display!

I was super impressed with the new Honda 500s.  I had thought that I'd like the naked and be meh on the fully-faired, but once I saw them in person it was the opposite.  The dualsport was neat but too tall for hobbit poofs.  Peter liked it, though, which surprised me a little.

Kira enjoyed looking at all the shiny things and tried to eat the front fender of a Kawasaki dirtbike.
