1 second off Pedrosa. Pedrosa on the '13 bike, Marc on the '12 bike.

Can ya imagine what it'll look like once he actually gets some practice time?

Can`t really read much into it  since they only got couple of dry laps . When is the next one ?

Oh , Marquez ? HRC expects him to be on the podium in his first MotoGp race .

I don't doubt that a bit. Dude can ride. After watching his Valencia performance, no doubt he will fill Stacey Moaner's strappy red pumps quite admirably.

Shame that Casey won't be there to be challenged by Marc though.  Thumbsdown

Next test is in two weeks time in Sepang.

I just hope when jokerboy tries to pull his customary "I'm the only one on this track" kind of brain fade he doesn't permanently damage someone else.  Or he does it to someone who will have a quick come to je-asus meeting with him.  Quietly.  Beyond the gravel trap.  Where he can get the point of not becoming the next Simo.

Yeah, he does have a propensity to squish a whole bike up the inside when there is only room for 1/4 of a bike.  EEK!

Being somewhat hot headed I expect he will follow the example of Jorge and Marco in their first years and bin it quite a lot. It'll be very entertaining.

I don't think the expectations of a podium performance from Marquez are too out of line. He's a very good rider and he is riding one of the five (maybe six) bikes on the grid that are capable of finishing that high. Looking at it that way bumps his chances quite a bit.

I love watching this guy -- he's a racer, not a strategist (yet). At least twice this season he went from last to winning the race. And he's figured out how to race in the wet now, too.  If he gets 5 or 6 podiums I won't be surprised. Nor will I be if he crashes half the time.

i'm guessing he's on the podium or catching a ride back to the pits on a scooter in most outings Wink

the above opinion is simply that of an average middle aged hick with one too many brain injuries... or, don't take it too serious.

I think anybody doubting greatness for this kid is fooling themselves. He already understands that turning down the electronics equals faster. One more reason to look forward to Austin in April  Bigsmile

He seems like a total pain in the ass for the top riders, non of which were worth watching in 2012 IMO.   This is exactly what Motogp needs right now and I can't wait.

Wow.  Can't say I've noticed   Shrug

MotoGP is boring as hell and that's a fact, no need to attack somebody for expressing that obvious point.
