Hello all- I am relocating my family and motorcycles to the DFW area from Maryland. My wife and I spent a few years in Fort Worth, but had no kids back then. I will be working in Grand Prairie, with a few months in a corporate condo in Las Colinas.

My wife an I both ride, I currently have a Honda 919 and my wife rides a BMW G650GS.

It looks like both bikes will be in storage as part of the move for 2-3 months.

I arrive the Sunday after Thanksgiving, my wife and boys show up a week or so later.

Mixing pot? Is that a description of all the vehicular body parts joined together at great speed during each day's commute?

No, thats 635 under construction, daily.

I'm referring to our mix of nationalities, races and even cultures. Heck, we'll let almost any yankee here, at least on a visitors visa.

Larry, Here for only 30 years, so far, and have not killed anyone yet. But the day is not over.

Welcome to DFW.  If Larry hadn't given you the TWT site, I would have.  Awesome community.  I've been here almost 13 years, and I love it.

I'll put my -$0.2 worth in on TWTx.  If you get involved in any of their online games be careful not to suggest they try to improve anything or have a little integrity.  They are quite happy with mediocrity and are quite vicious with anyone rocking the boat with rebellious thoughts of improvement or "doing the right thing."  For me TWTx was a big  Thumbsdown Thumbsdown
