Looking for a Large Expandable Tank Bag.

I had a large tank bag thta I bought from Cycle Gear that lasted about 6-7 years. It was an Enduro Cargo. I liked the size of the bag. I could put a lot of different stuff in the bag. It gave up the ghost and I bought another bag that is just too small. That happens when you buy sight unseen.

Anyway, I am in the market for another tank bag. I do believe the Enduro was about 26 litres in its expanded state.

My question to you is, do you know where I can get a Large tank bag for under $200? Big square expandable magnetic tank bag.

I have the River Road One bag system. Can use together/combined/expanded, whatever. The big bottom bag is 35 liters expanded.

They are discontinued and you can find them really cheap for a huge bag.

I have the River Road One bag system. Can use together/combined/expanded, whatever. The big bottom bag is 35 liters expanded.

I looked up miamimotostop on google maps. Very small building, and it is a beauty salon. I will stay away from that outfit.

Heh - that link just came up when I was searching for the bag online.  Sorry - can't find any place that looks more reputable looking that has it.

I have the Joe Rocket "Multi" tankbag.



It has 3 parts, a map base, a removable Center section with stiffeners In the sides, and a top section without stiffeners and a map pocket.

The 3 can be combined in 4 different configurations, and with both bags together, it's wicked big.

I don't think it's available anymore, but perhaps they have a similar model now?

Unfortunately it doesn't fit my new Griso.

It is the best tank bag EVER.
It's basically Joe Rocket's clone of the Courtech Tribag.

Also unfortunately both these large tank bags have been discontinued.
More-n-more motorcycles are switching to smaller, odd shaped,  plastic gas tanks.
So there's not much market for these large magnetic tank bags.

BB, I have a JR large tank bag that I'm tired of moving out of the way. I bought it from a fellow STN'er used for $40 and it was used on 2 trips, when I went to get the Thrux in Michigan and when I went out west.
