These lights are perfect for motorcycle riders and use AA batteries. Sorry if your wallet suffers on this website...

Yup, all kinds of cool stuff on there. I was thinking some of their bags might also make good pannier liners?

And if you are looking for a headlight, I received one of these last Christmas and have to say it is amazing. Uses one AA and puts out a huge amount of light. The "light" is removable too and can be clipped to a pocket or stood on a table etc.  Goes from 2.5 to 200 lm and is perfect for working on the nooks and crannies of a motorcycle hands free. A bit pricy at $64 but beautifully made kit !  Thumbsup Thumbsup Thumbsup

Absolutely. I have an H51 strapped around my cranium as I post this. Best utility/camp/general purpose headlight I've ever had.

I use it ALL. THE. TIME.

My girlfriend calls it my "third eye."  Lol

It's handy as all hell, efficient and very very bright on HI, and just a nice low intensity wash of light when you need a little illumination but don't want a blast-light.

When/if this one ever dies, I'm replacing it immediately.  Thumbsup

I like my H51 so much I just picked up an H502 daylight floody to go with it.

And a Fenix LD22 R5. Silly me, but I've done some homework before investing in these pieces of gear.

No CR123's for me though.
As nice as the performance is, I want to be able to buy batteries for it at any gas station or mini mart in BFE if needed. No exotic batteries for me.

No traveling biker/camper should be without one of these Zebralights, IMO.

These are an incredible portable light source.

Have one of these in the tank bag and in a drawers in garage, kitchen, bedroom, etc.  Seem to work OK and price is right- $3.50 for two but occassionally free with another purchase.  Please spare me the HF rants.  Ian, Iowa

I've had a couple pf the same HF units. The LEDs started dying off one by one after a couple months.

Theres NO comparison to the Zebralights. The H51 puts out 170+ lumens on hi. Its capable of lighting up objects 50 yards away. Cheapo flashlights can be had anywhere for a buck. These are hi-end hi performance lifetime lamps.

If you guys like flashlights, there are some great knock off ones here.
They use the exact same elements (Cree) and seem to last.  I have two of these and they are a bright little torch.

Notice, you can use one or two AA's depending on your need.  You just unscrew the extended sleeve.

Been reasearching these Ultrafires a bit. They are cheap chinese units using Cree emitters which are a dime a dozen
in the flashlight head circles.

The AA units seem to be no problem but I would caution anybody considering one of the higher power units
using 18650 batteries or CR123's in a series. There have been reports of some potentially dangerous issues with cheap chinese made
knockoff lights (which is what these are) and the Ultrafire branded 18650 cells.

Like explosions and meltdowns. Not good. Like anything else, you get what you pay for.

I havn't heard any problems with the AA powered units, as with most any AA power source devices. Pretty safe but when
you step up in a battery class or power output in which these Ultrafires' are available, you're taking a risk.

Some of these battery/flashlight explosions from improperly handled/charged or cheap-ass high powered batteries are quite scary
and a few have been severe with injuries and burning houses and scalded unicorns and such.

Same goes for the chargers. If you choose to deal with a higher power battery/flashlight, don't pinch pennies on the cheapest econo-charger you can find.

The results may surprise you and it may not be pleasant.
