Went to a local sub shop and got a turkey sub.  Not bad Sandwitch for $7.00 with tax.

I was on a business trip in SoCal last week and we decided to have dinner at The Hat in Anaheim.

In a weak moment, I had to sample the dipped pastrami sammich....with hot peppers and onion rings on the side.

And yes, it was as fricking delicious as it looks....  Drool Drool Drool

Tonight -
Sea Scallops with spinach, chickpeas and drizzled with a mustard vinaigrette alongside lemon basmati rice.
I'm thinking about pouring a nice sauvignon blanc to go with it.
