When the wife gets home from work, we're heading out. Probably the steak house. Maybe Hibachi. I've been doing manual labor all day. I'm tired and sore and I want a real meal!!

I'd say they are better than Omahas, but not as good as the real deal at Mortons/etc. Better than you'll typically find at the grocery.
Chicago has some really incredible places to have a steak, so I admit to being spoiled. Still, they're pretty darned good for frozen steaks packed in plastic and dry ice.
Hey, the price was right!

SO, this is where you guys build your post counts...interesting.
I'm going to a party tonight so Hors D'vours (or some such spelling) and alcohol all in the setting of an NYC penthouse apartment so that I can drool in an envious state all night and contemplate my distinct lack of wealth.

Received a package of 30 IOWA tenderloins in the mail from a friend. Today we will be deep fat frying some of these babies.
These are the ones that look like these...

Time to go start the fryer!

Drunken Chicken. (That's what it's called, not evidence that I'm contributing to the delinquency of domesticated fowl.)
Chicken, scallions, sherry, ginger, etc.
