Givi E55 - No Metal Hinges?

I just received a new Givi E55 from Revzilla.

Has anyone else received an E55 without hinges?

Also, how many keys came with your E55? I received 2 with mine. I think I've received 3 in the past with top cases but I could be wrong.

I've got two E55s purchased in 2012. Both have metal hinges and were delivered with 2 keys each.  Except that I bought a lock set so that I could key match them. So I ended up with a crap load of keys.

My E55 is three years old, but it came with metal hinges that allow the lid to fall without warning (as someone else so eloquently stated: "whenever a flea farts in Africa").
It came with two keys with the red plastic handles and 1 all metal key.
