Does anyone in Region four have a VFR 800?

I am trying to find out about the hard bags that come with this bike standard they match in color, but if they are useless I do not want them.

Are they any good or do I just pay to get Givi?

Oh yeah, I got a new bike.  2007 VFR 800 Interceptor  Bigsmile

Personally I like the V35 look on the VFR, here's a link from VFR discussion that may be of interest: http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=30248&hl=plx+givi

Congratulations!  Nice choice.  Anniversary edition or candy dark red?  Both are good, but the dark red is stunning in the flesh.

Interesting the bags honda has are made by Givi.

Thanks for the help, I might just get the bike delivered bags and all from Honda easier that way.

Couldn't pony up for a Sprint at MCC? Especially after a certain incident I would have thought you would have handled the situation a little better than you did. I hope the VFR doesn't get away from you as easily.

Sweet bike, it's on my short list  of 'next'.  I have friends that live in Asheville, NC and they have two 1998 Viffers.
They let me use one on my annual visits and it's a blast. After my first weekend of riding the NC/TN hills, I totally got the VFR thing.
Congrats.

There is no bike. It's an early April fool's. I have come to this conclusion because there are no photos yet.

That was a good one Wendy. You got me.

Krismark has the bags on hers and they hold a lot of stuff. They'll hold a full face helmet each. As you found out, they are Givi bags.

Here are a couple pictures from the rear (without the trunk), you can see that the bags are pretty substantial:

Here's a picture with the trunk. I don't know if you were getting that also, but it sits really high.

I decided to just go with the side bags from Honda installed.

The top case is really high and expensive, so I decided I could live without it, that is what bungee cords and waterproof bags are for  Lol

All I have is one photo of the side of the bike.   I will pick it up hopefully this weekend.
