good man very good man.

End of the day today my admin and i were having coffee and discussing how to improve somethings for next year and she had been at the meeting where the admin had screamed at the supervisor for the petty lights thing....

So i asked her what she thought about that meeting. Well she point blank told me she had no respect for the guy and agreed with my decision not to partner with that supervisors plans.....she just had no faith in the guys abilities to go down to the mat if things went south.

Well the woman has spoken.....and I'm not going to argue!

Meetings, meetings, meetings. Alcoholics go to meetings. If you are not happy there, seek other employment and stop bitching. Every engineer I ever knew thought he knew everything and no one else knew anything. I have a brother in law that is an engineer and he can't even sharpen a kitchen knife. He spent six years learning how to do this.

Gave my staff a steely glare and a firm talking to (while shaving this morning).

Bastard just glared back.

Did everybody make it home okay? Not a smart thing getting everybody hammered and turning them loose on the roads. Especially just before a holiday weekend when they are ramping up patrols looking for drunk drivers.

the above opinion is simply that of an average middle aged hick with one too many brain injuries... or, don't take it too serious.
