Title: Stuck In Boone Post by: Orson on October 03, 2017, 06:47:25 pm I thought I had more miles left in my rear tire. So, I had to order one in Boone and it won't arrive until around 1 P.M. Tomorrow. By the time it gets mounted, it'll probably be too late to put in any serious miles.l

Mitchell as having some relevance to elevation level of Boone but, that doesn't explain the fact that despite the even closer proximity of Asheville to Mt. Mitchell, it sits at a lower elevation than Boone.
