...and then there is a certain Canadian girl I know that rammed a guy with her 4x4 truck and pushed him off the road....but then she knew him, and he had it coming! You can only push a Canadian so far before "sorry" doesn't cut it! LOL

Motorcyclist was going too fast in an urban area.  Not surprised at all.

Damn I must be old for that to be my first thought.

Wow!!!   Happens daily in the DC suburbs with much less warning ---- The motorcyclist had several seconds to avoid contact - it must be nice to be able to be that unobservant around cagers -- nice to not have to think every car out there is a weapon aimed at you -- and nice to know that someone would stop and apologize as opposed to immediately refer you to their lawyer.

The rider wished the driver "Happy Memorial Day."
Since we don't have a memorial day in Canada I doubt that this is Canadian and is very likely American.

July 1st is Memorial Day in Newfoundland. It commemorates the Battle Beaumont-Hamel during the Great War, where the Royal Newfoundland Regiment lost 700 men in a single battle. So, iffn they was on da rock it would be Canadian.
