I'm looking to upgrade to an iPhone 5s with 32 GB or more.

If it's AT&T, that'd make moving over easy (just move my SIM card).

If you don't have one to sell but know places that sell them at good prices, let me know.

Anything 5 or above with the iPhone will work on any network.  They aren't network specific like Android.  Just swap the sim.

Not necessarily.  Some will, some won't.  I suppose it could be a matter of if the initial company (e.g., AT&T) "unlocks" the phone to work with other carriers, but listings do distinguish between carrier-specific and "any carrier" offers.
