With VW's troubles getting deeper due to the diesel gerfuffle and the penalties and fines sure to come, plus the loss of business, could one of their options be the selling of Ducati?

Opinions? Thoughts?

I wouldnt sweat it. The diesel portion of sales in the usa is minor compared to the gas sales. As far as duc what is up with their version of the vrod?  I saw one the other day for the first time and it wasnt impressive looks wise.

For the right price, Trump would be my bicth; everything is always for sale.
The kind of money Ducati could provide is a loogie in the ocean, and VW is too big to fail.
Germany will allow amortization of any fines to be spread long or longer...
I would put forward that Porsche, Bentley, and/or Lamborghini would be in more jeopardy.
