2016 will be the 10th anniversary of Moto Guzzi's glorious vanquishing of the evil empire's Ducati NCR at the 2006 Daytona BOT race at the hands of young Gianfranco Guareschi on the MGS-01

Orson is going to have our heads for trying to side track his thread.

Good videos. Music and bikes. Man those MGs sound good.

I saw them once in the 70s. Man, that guy could play.

And back on topic, never ridden a MG but that red one is incredible. I think I could like that one!!

Ducati NCR never recovered from that defeat.

I think they're now making mopeds in Thailand.

10 yrs later, that bike is still drop dead gorgeous.   To my eyes, the sides ways "perky" jugs just look right, in ways that neither BMW boxers or Duc fore-aft twin could match.

Would love it if Guzzi ever does an updated version.

Forza Guzzi!  Too bad the AMA disintegrated into a shit storm and we no longer have a Daytona 200 worth watching.  This must have been the high water mark for Daytona.
