I'm still shocked you sold your V11 Lemans. EEK!

But I sold mine too, and I sold my Ducati MH900.   Crazy

I'm like you, bikes come and bikes go.  I used to be like that with cars too but as I've gotten older that seems to have passed.

I buy everything I own these days lightly used and then I decide if it fits into the long term buy and hold plan or if it becomes more or an enjoy it until the novelty wears off and sell it to the next owner type of thing.  Someone else can take the depreciation hit of buying it new.  There are so many low mileage garage queens out there I don't see the need to buy new.

This is particularly true when it comes to motorcycles.  Bigok

That looks like a nice purchase.  It should be lots of fun for blasting around the woods and backroads.  Thumbsup

Sounds like a lot of fun but I better stick to the dirt for the first little while

I have been riding around on my 640 Adventure, fully loaded. The tires are TKC80's, with the rear at a little less than 50%. It is surprising how well it handles. Tight corners a la Pass Creek Rd are really fun and I can only imagine the capability on street oriented, sticky rubber. Light bikes rock!

It is amazing how well smooth tires *can* handle in the dirt - we have some guys that can fly!

Enjoy your new bike!!! Cool
