Nice job on those cases Dan.  Do you ever put a topcase on that Motech rear rack?

Thanks Smile  No top case yet.  I got a small Pelican, for it, but it's too small to be worth the bother.  I don't really have plans for a top case yet.  The waterproof duffle works for my few trips I need it.  I'd like to get a 2nd bike for touring / 2-up so I can keep the Speed Trip stripped down & naked.

Hwy 12....been there done that a few times...never disappoints. In fact I just did that again on a RC51 with a group of Speed Triple riders, two of them are from Australia. We did a 19 day coast to coast to coast trip. everyone LOVED hwy 14 and 12. We stayed the night in Escalante at http://www.escalanteoutfitters.com/?id=10480

Good choice in luggage, too, IMHO.

That is one beautiful bike.  After running the "perfect" sport tourer for about three years, an FJR, I regained my sanity and got "my" purr-fect sport tourer.

Red might look better in Arizona, but here in the soggy Northwest, grey fits right in...

OK, it's not just a Trumpet, but it's the best pic I have (and hey, don't tell me you'd pass over a chance to show off your stable!)
