'01 Tiger.  Got 'er about 3 months ago and am having a blast.  Too bad winter is upon us, didn't get nearly enough riding on her this year.  Can't wait til next spring.

I love that bike!!!  I was too short for one.  Never saw wire wheels on one before.

Thanks i love it too.  best bike I've ever owned.  And it IS ridiculously tall.  I'm tippy toe-ing whenever I stop EEK!.  But that's what I like about it.  I feel more visible in traffic because I'm eye to eye with cage drivers.

Didn't know we were playing "What's different?"  Smile

Case guards, levers, Ermax flyscreen (which I like better than OEM), MIVV GP carbon shortie, Triumph OEM low seat, lowering link, CF extender on front fender, SW Motech Alu Rack.  I have both Givi V46 and E55, which can go on any of my street bikes.  I'd like to fab up a set of custom racks on the S3R to carry my V35s, too.

Moritomo retrofit HID projectors waiting to get installed.

Here's an earlier pic that shows the other farkles that went on first:

Unless your SV1000 is a dedicated track bike, I vote it's time to trade it in for something to go play in the dirt.     Bigsmile

Actually, I've got a '05 Gixxer600 for a dedicated track bunny.  I bought it cheap so as not to bother me if it gets dinged up.

The SV1000S is a great bike but is not getting much love these days.  It'll be on the block sooner or later.  Been procrastinating because it took me a long time to find a prestine sample (barely 300 miles on it when I bought it in '12).

You are exactly right.  I have been thinking about a 250 dual purpose or DR400 motard.  Play enough with heavy hitters and I start to miss the simplicity of a lil' bike.
