We're gonna give this a try this year.

There are around 15 rooms left for the weekend of January 6. They would not let me reserve a block of rooms for more than 5 days, so it's up to you to book.

You can book here: https://us01.iqwebbook.com/CRSPWV761/ or by calling the front desk at 304-258-1022.

Prices start at $54/night for a room with obstructed view, $67/night for parking lot view, $72/night for golf course view.

Fuel can be had in the town of Berkeley Springs.

There is a restaurant on the premises so there's no need to get back on the bikes to go out for dinner. They also have a nice common area with a fireplace to relax after a long cold ride.

Alcohol was always a "don't ask, don't tell" policy in the past. Not sure if anything has changed since we were there last.

Hope to see some of you there.

Always enjoyed the past Winter Meets.
Promise of a warmer than usual winter makes
this especially enticing.

Close enough to my home that getting a room makes no sense but if we see snow before then you can bet the sand will still be an issue on these roads.  Not saying it should be cancelled but something to remember.

Looks interesting. Not far from my house either.

Welp, the weather has conspired to postpone this meet. We will try again later.
