The MSF BRC handbook is online and good reading - for riders of all experience levels.

I take each of my bikes to a parking lot every spring to re-familiarise myself with the bike and practice emergency manuvers.

Experienced rider course is worth every penny  Thumbsup

Military makes you take this if you have a motorcycle.   Smart on their part.
