8 friends exploring Colorado on two wheels! Fun times and great memories were made. Check it out!

The ride report has been completed. We finished over 1700 miles of awesome roads and amazing scenery! The trip was amazing and I hope that you all enjoy this report.

https://motoadrenalinetours.blog/2019/06/20/colorado-dreamin-tour-2019-the-recap/

I will also be doing a video - YouTube recap as well. That will take a few weeks as I have lots of footage to go over.

Here are some of the best pictures from our journey.

Beautiful country. I never tire of riding those roads. As I commented in another thread here, looks like you went over Wolf Creek Pass?

I am hoping for a Colorado ride maybe next summer. I've only been riding there once, and it was just in the southern part for a day.

Funny, as I was reading your report, I got on Google Earth and entered "Gateway, CO." I guess I heard about it before, I had sometime in the past put a placemark there titled, "Ride Hwy 141."

When you start planning for your trip to that part of the country let me know. You got a place to stay overnight and I can help you with a route.

Not sure if I will go the Million Dollar Hwy or Wolf Creek Pass/Hwy 149. I will end up North of Parlin(East of Gunnison about 12 miles) and at my friend Steve's cabin. Some of the members here have met Steve.

Good choice! First time I did it was with my GWRRA chapter. I wanted to go back and ride it the other way but they were focused on lunch or something.

I was born and raised in New Mexico and I think it is very under-rated in the motorcycle riding department. Its beautiful and has lots of places to explore. My favorite memories growing up was riding up to the Peak and having a burger. My dad on his BMW and me on my GSXR.. Sure wish I could ride with him again. RIP dad.
