You left the correct answer off the poll; "whatever I am riding now!"
Have had all of the big four and ridden quite a few other brands. They are all pretty good anymore.
Currently have a Zuki and a Kawi in the garage so those would be the two best.
Or What you can afford now

Honda made me a good mechanic.
Kawasaki proved I’m not.
And Suzuki? With a big enough hammer
you can fix just about anything.
Since I bought my Yamaha I’ve given
away two thirds of my tools.

Glad you are happy!
After pushing a Yamaha Seca 1.5 miles to my apartment at Ft Carson and then spent the next 6 hours fixing the fuel system on it... I decided to get a Honda

See? Had you bought the Honda first you would have learned how
to fix the Yamaha roadside in a fraction of the time.

However, many brands are no longer independent. For example, Husqvarna was taken over by KTM.

Over the years, I've had several of each of the Japanese bikes. In my experience, the Hondas have been the most reliable and the Yamahas the least reliable (by far.) That being said, if I had to pick one as being the best by factoring in
everything
, I would probably have to say Yamaha. And it pains me to say that because at heart, I'm a Honda guy.
I've never had a Euro bike. I only like to work on bikes when I want to, not when I have to.

Amen
I see Yamaha has a two stroke dirt bike once again
Never thought we would see Japanese with 2 strikers in the year 2020

I’ve put 100’s of K’s of miles on both Honda’s and Yamaha's. Neither has given me a lick of trouble. I prefer Yamaha.
