It was the best for light cleaning and putting a shine on.  Really cleaning a dirty motorcycle required washing first.

The Triumph show and demo fleets had Honda cleaner by the case on the truck.  We got lots of comments and jokes about the Honda brand, but always told everyone how good it worked.

Yup, same stuff I use. Takes a little elbow grease but works great.

BANNED    DAMN,  I still have several 1/2 cans of the Honda stuff in my garage.

I used it for the bugs on my visor, and on my tank before setting my tankbag down.

What was the reason for banning it?

Maybe you guys oughta read this slowly...Smile

From the manufacturer of the original Honda Spray Cleaner and Polish:
http://www.originalbikespirits.com/products/spray-cleaner-polish/

The first question on the "About Us" tab:

Is the Original Bike Spirits Spray Cleaner & Polish product a new formulation?

No. It is the same formulation previously provided by Amrep, under various private label brands,
including Pro Honda Spray Cleaner & Polish and Harley-Davidson.

Hank

Original formula with a different label is available and has been from the same manufacturer.
I use it myself.

I have tried that stuff.  I’m not certain it’s exactly the same although many advertise it as such.

Not sure.
