Honda blackbird ignissues

I have a 2002 honda cbr1100xx with 30Kish miles. She's always been rock solid in terms of reliability.
I moved from the mtns of CO earlier this year down to southern AZ, and haven't had a chance to ride her much (plus, roads SUCK down here).
During a cool Sunday morning recently, I decided I needed to take her out. Right off the bat, the battery wasn't too keen on trying to start her, so I used the jumper pack to get her going. She seemed to idle fine, no apparent issues.
Before I set out, I saw a half used bottle of fuel system cleaner, and mindlessly dumped what was left into the tank, which I'd say was half full (3 gals or so, est.) I then rode to the nearby gas station and topped her off with fresh gas.
Once out on the road, she seemed to be her normal, awesome self. When a local redneck in a jacked up truck decided tailgating would be fun, I went to whack the throttle, but she spit & sputtered. I turned back towards home on a surface road, and noticed she'd cut out over about 5K. Then, she dropping a cylinder or two.
Got her home, and she'd barely idle. I wrote it off to a weak battery. Ordered a new one, and some new plugs while I was at it.
Put the new battery in, finally got the plugs in (sure seemed 100x easier on my old carbureted XX), hit the starter. Still sputtering, and dropping cylinders. HTF could I screw plug instl up???
Came back later, took one of the old plugs, unplugged the fuel pump, yanked each plug boot, inserted the old plug, and checked for spark.
Each one produced spark.
Before I propped the tank up to start all this, I siphoned out as much gas as I could. Prior to my spark plug test, I went & got a gallon of fresh gas & put it back in the tank, thinking I may have overdosed what was in the tank with fuel cleaner.
IF I'd OD'd the gas with fuel cleaner enough to cause running issues, it would affect ALL cylinders, right?
Is it safe to assume that spark at idle means legit spark at higher RPM's?
Any other hints on what I should check?
TIA

things to check
1- if you have a power commander try disconnecting it
2- Check to make sure the band holding down the ecu is intact as if it bounces it can cause problems.
3-Could be the fuel pressure regulator
These were the tips I received from my boyfriend who owned a few blackbirds.

Check for airbox/ram air obstructions. Cutting out at high RPM might be caused by that. Check that spark plug wires are good and secure both on the plug and the coil.

Clogged gas tank vent? Sounds like your problem is fuel related not ignition related.

There is also the fuel filter...which is inside the gas tank. Shouldn’t be an issue, but I replaced mine as a prophylactic measure when it hit 50K (IIRC).

The bad news: I'm an arrogant, ignorant person who thinks he knows errthang.
The good news: I have you people to save me from myself!
Turned out to be the fuel pressure regulator. Took forever to get one, but once I got it & installed her, the XX roared back to life better than ever.
Gotta give a shout out to PartsFish in Omaha, NE. Got me the part for $46 shipped instead of the $68 everyone else was demanding.
Thanks for the help!
