New Mexico riding

I went for a burger run last Friday with a couple of buddies. I took the FJR1300 as now it is the only bike I have.
We went for the same run to the Jemez Pueblo area to a place called the Los Ojos today. Getting to be a Friday scheduled event. The owner and waitress know us by name now. Not a bad ride. About a 100 mile round trip for me.

Glad to hear your getting some riding in. Wish I could say the same, other than just commuting to work.
Seems when the weather cooperates, I have to be at work and when I'm off, there isn't much of a window to get out for more than an hour or two. I've ridden "wildcat curves" and "Hogback road" so much lately that it's getting a bit worn out. Those are the only good non-straight roads close. I'm finding myself out on the dual sport more now than the street bikes.

Pics or it didn't happen.
I'm having the same weather/work problems over here in the east part of the state. Yesterday, I finished putting new tires, chain, sprockets, and brakes on the dual-sport. Of course, it's Saturday and it's going to rain all day.

At a minimum we require:
1. pic of place with bikes and buddies in front
2. pic of burgers
3. pic of owner and waitress

Major Fail!!!! --
I don't see pics of the burgers ---
BTW -- I'm slightly envious -- have 5 inches of snow on the roads here... I like to travel for my snow and get it in feet in the mountains as opposed to inches on the way to the grocery stores with empty shelves....

You know, there is just something I don't get about taking pictures of your plate.
If you look hard enough you can see some snow in the pictures. Not much but it is in the shadows. Just the amount I like!!

He sold the ticket bait bike to his "friend" --- made him pay full price for sloppy seconds after riding her hard --- what a good friend he is....

"ticket bait bike"
Funny... A friend, I have traveled with several times, has gotten a couple tickets during our trips when the cops didn't even see me. I joke with him that his Ducati is "arrest me red", where I ride a "grown up gray" Yamaha.

In the Jemez I have been pulled over going
27
! in a 25 mph zone and then
26
! in the same zone. So I figured out they mean what the signs say!! There are plenty of other roads close by where safety is the speed limit.
