As a former '93 VX800 owner and a current Bandit owner, I have to say that looks pretty interesting.   Thumbsup  How come you changed the front wheel?  I always thought the five spoke wheel looked great.

I agree that the original five spoke wheel looked good but it was an 18" wheel. Several other VX owners have changed to the GS500 17" wheel for somewhat better handling. Quicker turn in is the most noticeable improvement as well as lowering the front fender and removal of the fender spacers. Those spacers made for a flimsy fork brace and when they are removed, a direct and stronger brace tightens up the forks.

My first bike I bought in the fall of '04

My first Suzi... 1981 550 L GS

Project 5150 or as my 2 year old would say, "Varoom Varoom Daddy!"

My second Suzi... 1982 1100 GS

I really need to get some new pics

My present Suzi... 2003 Bandit 1200S ( I love this bike)

The other Suzi.... 2007 XL7.. the commercial sold me with the hot chick racing in the desert. Yes, I am that shallow.
