Well, I've always put the target at 25yds and get it on the ball then go out to distance and adjust for drop. Usually ten shots or less.

Today, I just couldn't figure out how I got right on at 25 yds and then was 16" high at 100 yds? Then after adjusting down, BINGO, at 100 yds. Whatever. What I shoot at will get hit.

If you could ride 1/2 as good as you think you do, you would be a pro.

So, get a message from a friend, the other day, that he wants to trade some RC stuff. He wants a 4wd truck I have and offers me a P-51. I tell him that I have enough planes and am not really in to warbirds. After some back and forth, I ask if he has any weapons he would trade. Offers me an MP9 which I was not interested in and then offers up a Ruger SR22P. Now I am interested. He says the only issue is the color; its raspberry. I gave it some thought. I got the truck used and have, maybe, $150 into it so I told him I would trade him even up.  Bigsmile  He took the deal, so now I am the proud owner of a raspberry colored SR22. It is not nearly as pink as the photo he sent me lead me too believe. More like, imagine that, raspberry sorbet. Raining all day today so no trying it out, but weather looks good for tomorrow. Reviews on them tend to be pretty good. Will let you know.

Nice gun!   Also very nice for criminal to get hit with a pink gun  Bigsmile

How far is t from bore centerline to scope centerline?

Grows exponentially as you go out.

If it is a bolt gun, set it on bags or a rest, pull the bolt, sight the target through the barrel and adjust the scope so that the target is centered in both at 100 yards. This will get you close and you can walk it in from there.

That or a bore sight laser.

I didn't answer your question yesterday. Be eye balling it I make a an inch and a quarter.
