I bought my Aerostich Roadcrafter one-piece in neon-yellow about 7 years ago.  It is getting worn, the color is all messed due to bug guts and road junk (yes, I have washed it regularly).  I've had it adjusted twice as my riding style -- and body -- have changed.  For a total of five years I commuted in it.  The design is great for that, except for the dreaded damp crotch.

Now I'm thinking it is time for a new suit.  I will likely stick with Aerostich since it does work so well for commuting, long distance, and otherwise.

Also, a few years after I got the Yellow Bag, other riders I know started to buy Yellow Bags.  I may have started a trend.  So, should I stay faithful to my roots, or branch out into a new color and look?

This is the back:

This is the front:

Neither pic shows the true, undiluted, unwashable grimyness.  It could walk away by itself.

I don't remember what color your ballistics are, but I vote hi-vis suit with black ballistics.

Hmmm... Only 7 years of use and you're looking to replace already?  Methinks you ought to invest in some quality leather Smile

Who cares if it's the color of bug guts? If it's not worn out/damaged, why replace it? Headscratch

Take a look at the Olympia one-piece. You could save some money and your crotch would be much happier!

Personally I'd get the black with silver for myself, but this poll isn't about me. Sad

I say stay with what is working for you.

As long as you don't get that satanic green/yellow sun going nova Mac has then  I'm all for staying with the yellow you got. Thumbsup
