  If the tag is still the toll gate plaque, I found it north of Marshall.  I'd go get it, but too busy of a work schedule leaves me w/ minimal play, ride, catch up on work around the house time... EEK!

Dean is correct.  First road north of the Shell station at exit 110 off of I94.
Go west; it's right at tbe bend in the road.
