Now that I look at the picture of his bike closer, I don't think it was him. Some dude laid his VFR down right in front of a auto repair/body shop just before I got to the military surplus store on 24. I hope the guy was all right. I saw the bike parked out front of the auto shop.

I saw a bike just like yours just north of town.

Nope, wasn't me.  

Limited funds just like many others means I need to get tags when I can combine them with other tasks.  Tonight I was in Chelsea then popped down to Saline for the tag.
