Actually I think you are trying to kill some one... You posted that picture yesterday, and today is the first day for school @ UofD... its going to be nuts in that area...

I think the intent of the rule is that you ride to the tag. In that light, riding someone else's bike would be OK. Driving to a buddy's house to grab his bike because he lives a block away from the tag would not. Of course, it's all on the honor system anyway. It has to be pretty casual.

At least that's my take. Anyone else have any thoughts?

I thought maybe it was the one on the grounds of Lincoln University until I remembered this is the DELAWARE tag thread. Doh!
