Moto Guzzi V8.  No doubt about it.  http://www.tremek.com/forum/bike-videos/12155-moto-guzzi-v8-pics-sound.html or try this one  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBdaBMmk6w8

I gotta say... my old ZG1000 Connie sounded f'ing awesome wrung out in 2nd and 3rd gear in the mountains. That's about the only thing I miss from that bike; sounded great.

I think my Harleys sound like crap.

The FZ6 sounds OK wound out.

The Duc 1000 sounds nice when you rev it up so the engine is louder than the clutch  Rolleyes

The XR1200 sound freaking awesome.  Inlove

Meh... I don't think I care so much about the sound.

As much as I like triples I have to go with Ducati or other 90 degree V twins.

The vast majority of my bikes I leave the exhaust stock, with a Ducati I'd make an exception. Wink

overruled.

inserting technical details into ST.N discourse would be like Fox News using facts. Bigsmile

artificial Guzzi rumblings still trump.
