I've read all the other posts on the "mi tagging thread". Many expressed an interest in a few rules so here goes:

1)First once you get the tag you then get to post a new one

2) AFter getting the tag, you must post a new one within 5 minutes or the next tagger gets to post.

3) Tags must be more than 25 miles away and less than a 100 miles. Nothing above a line drawn from Ludington through Ithica and Caseville. Those that live north of this line may post, subject to mileage and time requirements. Note rule 8and 9

4) You must wait until after you have taken the "TAG" pic before taking the next tag picture. ( see time and distance requirements)

5) Some guys work days and some guys work nights, so "TAGS" can ONLY be posted between 6PM and 9PM. Except on weekends and Holiday. Also In summer "school vacation" holidays no posting tags too far from home as some folks have kids.

6) Some guys are retired and have an unfair advantage in getting to the TAG. So picture time stamps will now be required to PROVE when it was taken.

7) Some guys have FASTER bikes than others and they can get to the tag quicker. So from now on you may only drive 55MPH.
( garmin or TOM TOM max. speed required.) See time and distance requirements!!

8) Some guys are taking pistures at night. Others want to get some sleep, so no more tags at night the sun must be up before you can take a tag

9) Some guys have access to post from the road. NO MORE!! NOT FAIR to those with only home access. So from now on a picture of the poster sitting at his/her home computer Must accompany the "TAG". As some folks live alone, this must be a self portrait.( wives and significant others may not take said "home base" picture as "proof of post".

10) And last but not least Some GUYS ( retired hint!!) can't fart without crapping there pants. SO ABSOLUTELY NO FARTING!!!

There, just a few simple rules for those that need them..... Bigsmile Bigsmile Bigsmile Bigsmile
Have fun

( Oh I forgot any repeat tags will be punished with a 19 min. "tag penalty" for one week. If you post a redundant new tag, for every subsequent "tag" that "tag" is not offical until after 19 minutes from the original posting time has expired)

P.S.
Please feel free to add any more rules as needed. Let's not let anyone have an advantage over anyone else.........

Does this mean I need to go buy a new $175 camera because mine does not do a time stamp ??? Hell it's only a 3 Mpixel camera.  EEK!

I'd like an ammendment to #10- if a guy has a 'stitch or other such suit he should be allowed to fart, since his fecal matter will be contained.  Bigsmile

Y-all should require the rider to be in the picture too, that way you know it wasn't just some picture found on the web.  Rolleyes

7) So from now on you may only drive 55MPH.

No matter what rule you make, I will break it. Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger Twofinger

Then I will make my own rule like you must be pulling a wheelie when you take the pic or at least power sliding.  If you take the pic after 8:00 PM, there has to be a cop in the pic with his lights on while looking tuff.

Yea.
