I am touring in Spain on a BMW in November and want to visit the MotoGP race in Valencia.  Has anyone been there?  Any advice on what are the best vantage points around the track?  Anything to avoid?

I'm not sure if any of the regulars on ST.N has been to the Valencia GP.

As a suggestion, you might try posting your question over on the visordown.com forum.

It's mostly UK bikers and surely some of them have been to a GP in Spain and can offer tips  Smile

Hello,

I've several times in Valencia.

In Blue and Green grandstands  have a good atmosphere with a lot of fans, yellow grandstand is OK too. I don't recommend you the red grandstand is far away from the track.

About recommendations, buy your tickets soon for getting a good seat. If you go to Cheste Town at night take care with the “street exhibitions” by  some “squids” as you said in the US , there had been several running over in the past…
If you need more advice about Valencia or Spain, Let my know!
