I want/need something more upright for big trips.

Chris-  MORE uprght than the Speedy?  Headscratch  Do you mean with more weather/wind protection for long trips?  (or are your arms 26" long)?  Lol

They're not that short, but due to a work accident and a Supermoto wreck, both elbows are FUBARED and won't straighten. So I'm fine for short rides, but a long, multi-day trip has me almost to the point of hurting.
I miss my Tiger and if I was smart I'd just get another.
At least my ass doesn't hurt with the Sargent mod done last year!

Chris-

Sorry to hear about your elbows, thats a bummer.

I have never ridden a Speedy, but have ridden an FZ1, and suspect they are similar.  The problem for me is, both are naughty, naughty machines that make me do things that could be very dangerous to my license.  But wow, what a hoot!  Bigsmile
