Update 10/14: New product posted below, LED Mini Lights. Also, our new shipment of LR4 floods now features the XM-L U2 chip which is the latest, most efficient bin. Translation, 40-50 more Lumens per chip driven with the same current Smile

Update 10/19: LR6 series long range LED spots added below.

Original Post below:

Howdy ST.n folks Smile

The first order of our new LR4 LED Floods arrived today, and I wanted to offer them to friends here on ST.n first.

LR4 features listed below:

Heavy Duty Mounting Hardware Included
4x Cree XML U2 LEDs
Custom Engineered Mirrored Reflector for a Focused Beam
3000+ Lumens
2 Amps
12-36 Volts DC Input
IPX7 Waterproof
100% Aluminum Housing
Thermal Protection
Shatter proof, Scratch Resistant Ultra Clear PMMA lens
CE Certified
54mm/74mm/18mm (Diameter/Length/Mounting Standoff)
Compatible with all PWM 12v LED Dimmers (Skene Etc)

Full details on our new site: http://ledrider.com/shop/?model_number=LR4  (Work in progress Smile)

I'm very pleased with these lights compared to my existing quad cree XML LED flood lights from other vendors. The reflector has a better design for a more focused beam, and I find them more visually appealing. Also, heavy duty mounting hardware is included free, instead of an extra $$ option like other brands.

Another Side Shot:

Mounting Hardware compared to another brand (ours is on right):

Overall a much sturdier feeling light, stronger mounting hardware, and a cleaner look.

Any questions, please post or PM. Special coupon code for ST.n members is "STN15" - you can order using the store URL above. Special pricing is $80 each right now, plus another 15% off for ST.n members.

Thanks for looking!

Surprisingly, the car tire has no effect on their performance.

Looks to be for one light.  From the website...

The LED Rider LR4 Flood's 4 Cree XML T6 emitters put out over 3000 Lumens of bright white light. The state of the art optics design ensures the LR4 throws more light where you need it, than any other comparable light on the market. Sold individually.

Interested in the mini lights to use on my bike with the same setup as you show on the FJR.  Do you ship to Canada?

Can you PM me (or email customer-service AT ledrider.com) your address so I can look into shipping costs? I haven't shipped to Canada yet, but it shouldn't be a problem.

Howdy folks - we just added the LR6 series LED spots to the web site. The LR6 series lights couple Cree XM-L T6 LEDs with large reflectors to throw a true long range spot pattern. The beam pattern on all LR6 models is 15 degrees. All LR6's have a far reaching beam, with much less near field glare than other LEDs.

LR61: http://ledrider.com/shop/?model_number=LR61
Model Number: LR61 Spot
1x Cree XML T6 LEDs
Large Reflector for Long Range Spot Beam
850+ Lumens
.85 Amps
10-30 Volts DC Input
IP67 Waterproof
100% Aluminum Housing
Thermal Protection
Shatter proof, Scratch Resistant Ultra Clear PMMA lens
CE Certified
50.5*50.5*80mm
Compatible with all PWM 12v LED Dimmers (Skene Etc)
LR61 and LR62 model lights can be joined together with included hardware.

This little light is a great bang for the buck at $40 each.

LR62: - http://ledrider.com/shop/?model_number=LR62
Model Number: LR62 Spot
2x Cree XML T6 LEDs
Large Reflectors for Long Range Spot Beam
15 Degree Beam
1500+ Lumens
1.2 Amps
10-30 Volts DC Input
IP67 Waterproof
100% Aluminum Housing
Thermal Protection
Shatter proof, Scratch Resistant Ultra Clear PMMA lens
CE Certified
110*91*61.5mm
Compatible with all PWM 12v LED Dimmers (Skene Etc)
LR61 and LR62 model lights can be joined together with included hardware.

I run the LR62 on my FJR endurance/rally bike, along with a set of the LR4 Floods. Like all lights in the LR6 series these throw a tights 15 degree spot way down range. The large reflectors also cut back on the near field glare with typical LED designs. Price: $55.00

LR64:  http://ledrider.com/shop/?model_number=LR64
Model Number: LR64 Spot
4x Cree XML T6 LEDs
Large Reflectors for Long Range Spot Beam
15 Degree Beam
3400+ Lumens
2.4 Amps
10-30 Volts DC Input
IP67 Waterproof
100% Aluminum Housing
Thermal Protection
Shatter proof, Scratch Resistant Ultra Clear PMMA lens
CE Certified
110*120*92mm
Compatible with all PWM 12v LED Dimmers (Skene Etc)

Are you brave enough? If you're the kind of guy that would stick a 2.5 Lb HID on your bike, then this is the light for you. These lights aew 4 inches square, and weigh in at 2 Lbs each. 4 huge reflectors focus the 3400 Lumens into a far reaching spot beam.

I'll see what I can find. I remember someone posting them up here before. Have you ever been behind an ambulance with those really bright red LED brake lights? I know fire trucks and other emergency responders have them too.

They really get your attention when they out on the brakes. It would be nice to add an auxiliary brake light on the bike like one of those lights.

FYI Folks - We're back in stock on the LR4's.

Here's some shot's I was able to grab the other night. Bike is on center stand. The fence is @150 feet from bike. Farthest tree in the background is between 400-500 feet. Crappy camera, non scientific 3 foot per pace measuring, for comparative purposes only.

In other news, WynPro is working on light brackets for the LR4 for 2nd/3rd gen FJR's. Very impressed with the initial mock-ups  Thumbsup
