The Maggie Valley Inn and Conference Center confirmed the rate they gave Mrs. CB of $75/night for Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday nights June 16-18. (Normal rate is $89.)
Quote from: Mrs. CB

We have 100 rooms with an onsite restaurant, lounge and poolside tiki bar.  We have ample paved parking that can accommodate trailers as well.  We also offer covered motorcycle parking and also have on property the Maggie Valley Motorcycle Welcome Center.  The BP Gas Station is next door as well.

They can provide a group dinner for us at different price breaks depending upon menu choices, e.g. brick oven pizza, deep fried chicken, etc. if we are interested.  Can decide that later.  Morning coffee & juice is free.  Towels & water to clean your bike are provided free at the Welcome center.  They also work with Ride Maps by Wayne Bush to provide event tours (whatever that means – all your roads belong to us- but it’s an alternative to following JJ off on a dirt road or getting lost with me.)

They will hold a block of rooms for us until April 1 and then release the rate.
Their cancellation policy is 72 hours before DOA or you are charged one night.
They will require 1st night ($75) deposit on credit card at time of booking.

Skee, thanks for taking this one over from me. Since I can't attend Nationals 2014, I feel better knowing that someone who WILL be there is the one working with the property!

(Damn Penn State fiscal year-end, grumble-grumble.)

Maggie Valley is very motorcycle friendly, very popular with the H-D crowd. They'll be lots of opportunities for pirate strafing  Bigsmile count me in.

No, get your mind out of my gutter

strafe  (strf)
tr.v. strafed, straf·ing, strafes
To attack (ground troops, for example) with a machine gun or cannon from a low-flying aircraft.

An attack of machine-gun or cannon fire from a low-flying aircraft.

High speed passing of packs or parades of Harley Davidson riders dressed as pirates pretending to be an outlaw biker gang.

[From German (Gott) strafe (England), (God) punish (England), a common World War I slogan, from strafen, to punish, from Middle High German strfen, to contest, admonish.]

This seems more like an East Coast rally, which is ok. I have this rule of never crossing the Mississippi River. Razz Lol

The National has a four year rotation between locations. This year it happens to be in the East.

Good think we worked it out to keep most of the good roads in the US on our side then.  Razz
