Need a little help with a Falco

So picked this bike up for my son that is in the Army.  It sits in the garage for about two weeks then starts leaking fuel.

I find these two lines unhook, but can not find where they go.


and the fuel is coming out of the overflow hoses also leaking around the contection at the top.





Also if you know how to take off the rider's seat so I can pull the tank....That would be helpful also.
