Going to suggest Weaverville again. When I look at the maps, it is just so central. Yes, we got cooked last time but the riding options in the area are extremely hard to beat.

Actually that is a good idea. Just say where you are going and see how few people show up. At the end of the riding season, the lowest attendee ride wins.  Lol EEK! Crazy

I like the idea and look of Quincy. Never been in the actual town. Have been nearby a few times and from what I can see, it ticks all the boxes.
