Okay..... Shrug   Lol

I good way to imagine what it would be like 40-50 years from now is to look back on the improvements we have made today compared to 1960.

So back then, air cooling, bias ply tires, carbs, drum brakes, steel, were state of the art.  From a wearer's standpoint, beanie helmets, and thick leather were the norm.

There wasn't any ground breaking improvements.  I mean, motorcycles still have two wheels, forks and shocks, and piston powered engines in the middle.  Even more interesting is the major explosion of General Aviation in the 70's, which in many ways were very similar to automobiles that fly, did not transfer over to motorcycles.

Rogue what you defined is a motorcycle.  If the basic layout changed it wouldn't be a motorcycle anymore.

Maybe...

That dude is leaning the wrong way...

I wonder if it is a visibility issue?  The bike cockpit looks a little wierd and that may be where he can best see the road.

Funny you sould mention that; it looks like he's got a support pillar right in his line of sight.  I could certainly see that being a big issue.

On the other hand, that'd be wonderful to get to and from work with when the weather gets cold & nasty.  I'd take one of those over a car any day.

Basic motorcycle layout is short and tall... changing it to long and low still constitutes a motorcycle...
