Need Route Advice, I do not live in the area.

Overall starting a trip from Seattle back to Boston, leaving Seattle to head on the North Cascades Highway (20), then out to Glacier NP for the first two days of the trip.  To start off, I was thinking of leaving Seattle via 203 N -> Woods Creek Rd -> Lake Roesiger Rd -> Menzel Lake Rd -> Burn Road to Arlington, WA, then 530 East to 20 East.  Or maybe should I just stick with a more straightforward route 9 North to 20?

Scenery is the biggest priority, followed by the ability to maintain a fair pace (I have a huge 6500 mile trip ahead of me, no formal interstate's at all and meandering all over the country (not simply due East), to knock off in 3 weeks).

Thanks!!!!

p.s. - I will probably need other route verifications soon, so please bear with me.

Stick with the route you have planned.  Highway 9 is more of a "main route" and will have more traffic/less scenery.

530 is a better road than Highway 9; curvier.

Both have had deer sightings.
