Should this be a Poll?
No the organizer ( Garry)should pick to fit his riding schedule as he has done in the past.pols IMHO complicate things for an organizer,if there is no set organizer then when one steps up its his or her prerogative to have a vote or not

Probably not. This one is more executive decision on my part just to get something done with minimum fuss. I'll post some info one of these days. I should probably contact Denny's and make sure there aren't any conflicts.

What time of the day do you guys do this? It's about 6 hours of highway one way to get to Clearfield .. according to google maps. Although I hate riding highway for any stretch of time, I'd do it to come out to this if I knew I'd make it. Assuming I leave here around 6am..  Crazy I'd be there around noon. I'd actually hope it was around 1pm so I didn't have to leave here at 6am..

if this ends up being a two day thing including Sat I'd prob be willing to ride up sat AM or even Fri night and camp somewhere(or in someones back yard!)

I want that smiley from adv that has the smiley pointing sinisterly at a contract...

Sunday lunchtime (11:30 - 1:30). If you live farther away, spend Saturday riding there via twisty two lane. Then hang out at the Days Inn in Clearfield with the STN folk making a weekend of it. Lots of nice riding in northern PA on the way there/back plus you have I-80 if you need to make time. I'm planning on making a weekend of it again and I only live 100 miles away. Took me 450+ miles to get there last year :-) :-)

Cool, thanks. I may do this as a two or three day trip and test out a camping set up. Although the motel would prob be more fun.

+1

Myself and a couple of friends spent all day riding Saturday. We wussed out because of the rain skipped the Sunday morning ride and slabbed home after the meet.

Yup, that's pretty much the best way to do it.  You can even get in a nice Sunday pre-meet ride as well.
